Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Capitalnavero and any related services we operate. By accessing or using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Use of the Service
Your use of Capitalnavero is permitted on the basis that you (a) do not break the law, (b) do not interfere with the operation of the site or any other user's enjoyment of it, (c) do not attempt to access non-public areas of the service, (d) do not reproduce or republish our content beyond fair use, and (e) do not use any automated system (bots, crawlers, scrapers) in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the service.
If a feature requires registration or sign-in, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you receive and for all activity that occurs under those credentials. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate access if we suspect a credential has been compromised or misused.
Intellectual Property
The articles, headlines, branding, and other content on Capitalnavero are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights, either owned by us or used under license from third parties. You are welcome to read, share, and link to our content. You may not, however, reproduce substantial portions of it, frame it within another commercial site, or use it for any commercial purpose without our explicit written consent.
User Submissions
By submitting content to Capitalnavero (tips, corrections, letters, photographs, etc.) you grant us permission to use that content editorially, including reproducing, editing, and adapting it for publication. You retain ownership of your submission, but you confirm that you have the legal right to share it with us and that publishing it would not infringe anyone else's rights.
Newsletter and Email Communications
If you sign up for the Capitalnavero newsletter, we will use your email address to send the editions you have requested and, where permitted, occasional service messages related to your subscription. We will not pass your address to other organizations, and you can unsubscribe with a single click via the link in any email.
Third-Party Links and Sources
Outbound links from Capitalnavero to other websites are provided for context and attribution. We do not endorse those sites and we have no control over their content or their treatment of your personal information. Once you click an outbound link, you have left our service and you are subject to whatever terms the third party publishes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
While Capitalnavero takes reasonable care to provide accurate and timely editorial content, the site is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the content, and we accept no responsibility for any loss arising from reliance on it. Always consult an appropriately qualified professional before acting on information you read here.
Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, Capitalnavero is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — that result from your use of the site. Our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD 100) or the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Capitalnavero (and our operators, contractors, and partners) harmless against any claims or losses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of applicable law in connection with your use of the site. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.
Suspension and Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time: by you, simply by discontinuing use of Capitalnavero; by us, by suspending or restricting your access for any reason we consider appropriate. The provisions of these Terms that should reasonably survive — intellectual property, disclaimers, liability caps, indemnification, governing law — survive any termination.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms — and any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of them — are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Capitalnavero's operator is established. Each party agrees to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence override this arrangement.
Changes to These Terms and How to Reach Us
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, and the "Last updated" date indicates when it became effective. For material changes we will provide reasonable advance notice, for example via a banner on the site or a note in our newsletter. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our Contact form, which routes directly to the editorial team at Capitalnavero.
